Oregon Snowberry Honey

Snowberry bushes offer small clusters of greenish-white-to-pink flowers with a delicate, transparent nectar. This honey carries an aroma of summer honeysuckle and butterscotch. Snowberry honey has a toffee and candy-like flavor that transitions to a lavender and cherry finish.
