A bit less maple taste than maple syrup, but maple none the less. If you still have an artificial syrup in your cupboards, throw it out! We recommend you replace it with this uniquely northwest honey. Maple honey is somewhat rare because maple trees bloom before the honey flow is in full swing in the Pacific Northwest.
