In Marion and Polk County thousands of acres are planted with clover which offer the bees a large source of clover nectar. Consequently clover honey is one our largest honey crops. This keeps us supplied with clover honey year-round. Some years we even get different varieties of clover honey such as crimson clover, red clover, and white clover.
