Oregon Radish Honey
Radish honey is an Oregon specialty. The white and purple flowers of radish plants are a favorite among bees. The bees create a wonderfully light amber colored honey from radish blossoms. The honey is known to be quick to crystalize. Some describe the flavor of radish honey to be like rose petals, butterscotch, and with a hint of vanilla. It also has a flavor most similar to liquid white cane sugar. Our bees often pollinate both radish and turnip to get this wonderful concoction of flavors. This is one of our most popular honeys in our honey tasting room!
Note: Our Radish Honey is pure, raw, and unadulterated, and may crystalize as a result. This is to be expected of natural honey and does not impact the usability of the product.
