Flying Bee Ranch is a family owned small-business located in Salem, Oregon. Our Honey Tasting Room is open year-round, Tuesday – Saturday from 9am – 5pm. Our tasting room and beekeeping supply shop is just 5 minutes from Interstate 5. Take Exit 261 from the the North or Exit 256 from the South to find us at 5180 Lardon Rd. NE in Salem. Bring your family, friends, any anyone else looking to try more than a dozen local honey varieties, available year-round. Honey tastings are always free and no appointment is required. We’re happy to accommodate large groups with advance notice, please give us a buzz before your visit.

At Flying Bee Ranch, we offer more than just raw honey. You can find bee pollen, propolis, beeswax, honey comb, beekeeping supplies, and bee-themed gifts in our shop.

In addition to our own varietal honeys, we also offer local honeys from more than a dozen local Oregon beekeepers through our Flying Bee Ranch Co-op. Honey from our Co-Op beekeepers is vetted and has been given the Flying Bee Ranch Stamp of Approval. We inspect each apiary and extracting facility and monitor for best beekeeping practices. Our honeys are traceable from hive to jar and never treated, blended, or ultra-filtered.  Flying Bee Ranch is committed to sustainable beekeeping practices and ensuring our fellow beekeepers are too.
